12.2 Forms crash with FRM-9201 : There was a failure in the Forms during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration.

 Dear Folks,

Recently, we came across a strange issue on 12.2.8 EBS enviroment where we can able to open forms and able to submit the Active user. However customer reported they weren't able to submit the program from different responsibility "Purchase super user"  > Go to view > request - Submit. As soon as we submit the program, a error pop-up screen appears as below.

We happened to have checked form log file and found below errors.

####<Jun 29, 2022 4:07:07 AM EDT> <Info> <ServletContext-/forms> <servername> <forms_server1> <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '6' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'> <<anonymous>> <> <005sd6Ze6shFg4i5L7s1ye0001A900002_> <1656490027545> <BEA-000000> <Forms session <2> aborted: unable to communicate with runtime process.>

We have generated jar files with FORCE option didn't fix the issue.

After couple of tries, finally issue got fixed by "Compiling flex fields" through adadmin

Thanks.
